Amaravati (Maharashtra)

The western regional center of the Indian Institute of Mass Communication was established on August 8, 2011. It is temporarily situated on the campus of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University and a new and permanent campus is shortly going to be developed at Badnera (Amravati).

It will have among other things a Media Education and Research Center with world-class facilities. It will   benefit media aspirants not only in Maharashtra but also those from adjacent states.

 

IIMC Amravati envisions the upliftment of society and is playing a crucial role in the development of society through communication, media education, research, extension and training.
