Online Fee Policies

Privacy Policy

- Indian Institute of Mass Communication,JNU New Campus, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg,New Delhi - 110067, INDIA.always has the highest regards and preference in safeguarding and protecting the user’s personal information and data. And to ensure complete security all necessary actions and steps are being taken care off.

- If you decide to access the website, you by default agree to our terms and conditions. Your personal information, data collections, use and disclosures have been well guarded with the best of interest.

Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Submission: -

- The Institute is not responsible for the online transaction charges, as it is not a part of the fee. The following charges however shall be applicable: Debit Cards / Net Banking / Credit Cards: As applicable.

- All fee rules and regulations are given in the prospectus/fee book and shall remain applicable. 

- The fee deposited through Debit Cards / Net Banking / Credit Cards will normally reach the account after 1-2 working days. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to ensure that the fee is deposited well in time. University shall not be responsible for any unsettled fee payment due to any unforeseen reasons. The University also shall not be responsible, if the payment is refused or declined by the candidate’s debit/credit supplier for any unforeseen reasons.

- IIMC of studies, will not be held responsible for fine exemption if the last day student fee transaction fails. We strongly advise candidates to submit the fee through offline or online payment mode much before the deadline.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Technical Issue:

In case of any technical issue due to which the fee payment gets deducted from the payer’s account and does not show on our official ERP, however, if the payment gateway service clearly mentions the confirmed settlement, the Institute shall manually submit the payment in our ERP in about 7-10 working days working days for the payment to be credited in the Institute’s account.

Multiple Payments Case:

In case of double payment occurrence and the payment gateway service clearly mentions it, the Institute shall adjust/ refund the payment after the account has been received with the fee. This again should take 10-12 working days for the payment to be sent back to the payer’s account or the Institute can adjust the additional fee to the next month/semester/year fee as per the candidate's requests.

Other Payments Case

In all other payment-related cases where there is a discrepancy in the fee payment, the parent has to directly contact the Institute and the Institute’s decision would be final.

Guidelines for submission of Online Applications:

         1.       Step-1: Visit IIMC website for submission of Online Applications.

         2.       Step-2: Click on this link “ https://www.iimc.site/ ” and fill the form.

         3.       Step-3: Click on the submit button and download acknowledge for the payment.

       4.     Step-4: Payment of prescribed fee and then to Submit Application by clicking on Submit button. 

         5.       Step-5:  Successfully and Print Application.
